Prayer for When I feel Exhausted

A Prayer for When I feel Exhausted (by Timothy and Cheryce)

Sovereign Savior, I love thee more than silver or gold,
There is nothing that compares to You that exists in this world.
They say love  is meek and it is blind,
But Your love never fades away, that’s why it’s one of a kind.
You loved me, even before I was created,
And in my heart You are eternally situated.

Even though I may feel exhausted, Lord,
I’m always uplifted when I read Your word, God.
Your love carries me through each and every day
In Your presence is where I always want to stay.
Though life can sometimes be a long and weary road,
Having You by my side activates my battle mode.

Forever my eyes will always be on You,
Because I know Yours are forever on me too.
In your direction I will never loose focus,
Even through a stormy sea, Lord, please guide us.
Keep me close and never let me stray,
Even when I’m tired, for this I pray.
I bow down before you and as I bend,
I close my eyes and cry out to you, Oh Lord, Amen!
