Jehovah Rapha, I approach Your throne of grace and mercy, thanking You, the author and finisher of my faith, for all You have done. Father, sometimes my life does not go according to plan. My faith and trust in You waivers.

There are twists, turns, valleys, mountains and bridges along the way that may sometimes leave me feeling discouraged. Help me to trust in You, Oh God, for You know the plans You have for me. You alone truly knows what I’m going through.

Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.

Hebrews 12:2 …Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Trusting God, The Author of Our Lives

Oh Lord, You are the Author of my life. I trust that You are carefully writing my story with loving precision. Even when I face chapters of hardship and uncertainty, I know that You are working everything for my good and Your glory.

Abba Father, as I face the unknown, help me to remember that You are already there, guiding my steps. Grant me the patience to wait on Your timing and the faith to trust in Your perfect plan, knowing that You are shaping me into the person You designed me to be.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Confident In The Storm

When the waters get rough, Lord and the storm rages on and the rain pours down, this is all a part of Your great plan for my life.

Teach me to rest assured, confident that You are in control. Confident that only You know what the future holds. You make all things happen for a reason, turning them all together for my good.

Luke 17:5 And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.”

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good, to them that love God, to them who are called, according to his purpose.

Acknowledging God, the Finisher of Our Faith

Heavenly Father, I thank You that You are the Finisher of my faith. You don’t just start things and leave them half-done – You see them through to the end. You promise to finish the work You’ve started in me, and I choose to believe in this promise.

Oh Lord, whenever doubts creep into my heart, remind me of Your faithfulness. When the road is long and the battle tough, fortify my spirit with the assurance that You will bring me to the finish line, stronger in faith and closer to You.

2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Relying On God’s Sovereign Plan

My God, I choose to trust in Your sovereign plan for my life. I surrender my need for control and let go of the desire to understand everything. Instead, I place my life in Your hands, knowing that Your plans for me are for good and not for disaster.

Father, as I journey through life, may I always remember that You hold my world in Your hands. When I face trials, let me lean not on my own understanding, but trust in Your sovereign plan. Remind me that my story is still being written, and that with You as the author, it will undoubtedly end in victory.

Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails.

Jeremiah 32:17 Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.

My Faith And Trust Is In You

I will not question my destiny. Everything that happens to me is to shape and mold me into who You want me to be. It will only make me a stronger, better, wiser person. So I give You thanks.

I give You praise for my past and for my future. But, most importantly, I praise You in the present situation, whether good or bad. For I put my faith and trust in You always to work every situation out for me, for it is all a part of my destiny, in Jesus mighty name, Amen!

Psalm 138:7–8 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me. The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; do not forsake the works of Your hands.
