A PRAYER OF CONFIDENCE.. LET’S FIGHT DISCOURAGEMENT!

The Lord has reminded us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. And “With God, all things are possible”. Yet the enemy has stolen our confidence and replaced it with fear and doubt.

Look at a baby, who has no fear. We install fear within them, either for their safety or because of our own insecurities. But today, start shaking off those shackles of fear and allow your faith and confidence to grow. Be blessed today! You are an overcomer! Let’s pray.

Prayer For Confidence

You are our creator, Oh Lord, and made each of us unique. We are all designers’ originals, created with one purpose in mind, to worship you and let your beauty shine through us so that it can be seen by the world.

You made us all with something that defines us to set us apart from others. Whether it is a melodious voice to sing songs for your honor, an artistic hand to paint or create for your glory. Or even the talent of being an amazing writer to give you all the praise.

Philippians 1:6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

2 Timothy 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.

Praying To Reveal Our Talents

Some of us have yet to discover our talents, Dear God. We ask that you guide us and reveal them to us. Help us to be who you want us to be, to realize how beautiful we are, both inside and out.

Remind us that our flaws only make us who we are and that we are original. Help us to remember that our failures and shortcomings are only motivation, to push for success and to achieve the best.

Redeemer, we come before you to ask that you grant us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, courage to change the things we can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

We ask that you help us to realize our true worth, Dear Father, for we are precious gems; princes and princesses of your mighty kingdom.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change those I can and wisdom to know the difference.

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Bind Every Negative Thought And Word Spoken Against Me

Sometimes we view ourselves as a downgraded version of whom we really are. Deep down at times, we feel we are not as beautiful or as charming or as outgoing, or as successful as others.

We, as well as others, magnify our flaws and failures and these are the very things that bring us down. Help us all to realize we are fearfully and wonderfully made and created in your image.

We ask that you bind every negative thought and comment spoken against us. Help us all to rebuild and regain our confidence, Oh Father. Help us to love ourselves but at the same time be humble, Lord as you said honor shall uphold a humble spirit.

Proverbs 29:23- A man’s pride shall bring him low: but honor shall uphold the humble in spirit.

Proverbs 3:26 For the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught.

I Am Valuable

Some people will never value our worth. They will look down at us as inferior because of our flaws and failures.

But God, help us to realize that the opinions of the world do not matter. Only your opinion of us is important. Help us overcome this, Father, give us strength to maintain our confidence. In Jesus Name, Amen…!!!
