Prayer To Overcome And Draw From The Lord

Are you weary? Are you tired of being strong? Have you lost the strength to be consistent, persistent and to persevere and overcome? Has your spiritual life become weak? Are you finding it difficult to find customers for your business? Are you about to give up on your dreams?

Sometimes, the problem is not your business. Your business gets life from you. When you are in communion with the Lord, you will draw life from Him, and that same life will flow to your business.

A lot of us are struggling in one way or another. We are trying to fix our situations. Trying to make our spouse a little more understanding. Trying to heal from disappointments. Trying to forgive without success. And trying to see which business will work for us.

But the Holy Spirit says that we are not full. We need to draw life from Him. We need to wait upon Him in the secret place. It is the life we draw from Him that flows to every area of our lives.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.

Fix your relationship with God. Get intimate with the Holy Spirit. He is the source of extraordinary strategy.

John 15:5 I am the vine and you are the branches. The one who remains in Me, and I in him, will bear much fruit. For apart from Me you can do nothing.

Let Us Pray

The Overcoming Power of God

Father God, today I come before you, vulnerable and in need of your help. My prayer life is growing cold. I rarely take out time just for You and me. I have grown weary and I lack the strength that I need to be consistent, persistent and to persevere.

Heavenly Father, You are the source of my strength. As I aspire to overcome the trials of life, I look to You for renewed vigor and courage.

You command me to overcome evil with good. I pray for Your divine guidance as I strive to counter negativity and bring light into darkness. Help me overcome and maintain a heart that seeks good.

Overcoming through Wisdom

Oh Lord, I need your mercy. I have come to draw strength from You, Lord. Lord, give me strength to seek you. Take away my weariness and my discouragement, in the name of Jesus Christ.

In my pursuit to overcome, I seek Your wisdom, Oh Lord. I understand that Your wisdom is essential for overcoming my struggles and making decisions that reflect Your will.

Isaiah 40:29. He gives power to the faint and increases the strength of the weak.

James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

Drawing Overcoming Strength from God

Heavenly Father, without You I can do nothing. You are the Vine and I am a branch. I draw my water and nutrients from You. Your Word says that if I remain in You, I will bear much fruit. Help me today to remain in You, that I may bear fruit.

Father, I know that the strength to overcome lies in Your presence. I draw courage and power from You, secure in the knowledge that You are by my side, helping me overcome.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Claiming Overcoming Victory

As I overcome life’s challenges, I pledge to trust You with all my heart. I lean on Your understanding and guidance to overcome any obstacle I encounter.

My God, You have bestowed upon us the gift of victory through Jesus Christ. I claim this victory, knowing that it is only through You that I can truly overcome.

1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

John 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

Overcoming through God’s Mercies

Your love and mercy never cease, Lord, and with each new morning, I find fresh strength to overcome. I trust in Your faithfulness, leaning on Your mercy to overcome each day.

In the powerful name of Jesus, I seal this prayer, convinced that with Your strength, wisdom, and guidance, I am equipped to overcome. Amen!

Ephesians 6:10. In conclusion, be strong in the Lord, [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him, [that strength which His boundless might provides].
