What strongholds are you battling? Finances? Sin? Stress? Relationships? Faith? Depression? Waiting on The Lord for Guidance? What are you facing? John 10:10 shows that the plans of the enemy are to hinder, discourage, bring harm and destruction to us.

But the good news is that we have a weapon far greater than the forces of evil, the sword, Word of God.

John 10:10 – The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Prayer To Tear Down Strongholds

Jesus, Lamb of God, worthy is your precious name. Lord, tear down the strongholds in my life. I cry out to you because I need you, for without you I am nothing.

God without man is still God, but man without God is nothing. Help me not just to pray words, but execute the actions to follow.

I speak forgiveness, not only in my life but in the lives of my friends and family as well. I need deliverance and guidance each and everyday. Give me the faith I need, Oh Father, to believe these words as I pray.

Forgive Others

I want to present my heart that truly loves and trusts in you, Oh Lord. Help me to find enough forgiveness and belief to forgive those who’ve hurt me or caused me pain.

I love you, Oh God of my salvation. Help me as I struggle to keep your commandments. Help me to love as You do, even though I may fall short at times.

Oh God, my Strength, my Healer, my Savior, forever! I give you all the praise, honor and glory you deserve, withholding nothing, I surrender all to you.

Overcoming Adverse Situations

Redeemer, truly let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight.

I want to be closer to you Lord, and not try to resolve the situation on my own, that the fire may blaze higher. I need to be still and remember that you are God.

Let me be able to endure as a good soldier, as I charge into the battles ahead. Grant me that peace that surpasses all understanding.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Tearing Down Strongholds

Heavenly Father, these lies of the enemy no longer has a hold on me. I declare and decree I am a child of the living God! Jesus died for my sins! I’ve been redeemed and forgiven.

Renew my mind. I need to know your word, more and more. I want your word to be written/engrained/tattooed on my heart.

Oh Father, I pray that You change my heart as well. Shield my mind and keep me safe and focused on you and Your Word. In Jesus’ most precious, mighty, and powerful name, Amen.
