The world today is filled with negativity. You look at the news, social media, and around you, and it’s crime, wars, hatred, and malice. Don’t allow this to control your thoughts. Your God is Able!
Keep your mind on the Lord. He has promised to take care of you. And, your father has already told you that you will have sufficiency in ALL things!!
Prayer – My Lord Is Able!
Proclaiming God’s Ability
Omnipotent and Gracious Father, I approach Your majestic throne with a heart full of awe and reverence. You are the God who parted the Red Sea, the One who shut the mouths of lions, the God who made the sun stand still. Indeed, my Lord is able! I confess, Father, that at times, my faith wavers, and I forget the magnitude of Your power and Your ability to turn even the gravest situations around.
In the journey of my life, when mountains seem insurmountable, and valleys too deep to traverse, I take solace in the fact that You, my God, are able. You are the God of miracles, the One who says to mountains, ‘Move,’ and they obey. As I face my own mountains and valleys, Lord, I proclaim that You are able and You are willing to help me overcome.
Ephesians 3:20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.
Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’
Resting In God’s Ability
God of Wonders, You have shown Your magnificent power time and again, in the pages of Scripture and in my own life. You, who brought forth life from a barren womb, caused walls to tumble down with a shout, and brought the dead back to life, are more than able to handle the trials I face. I take comfort in Your omnipotence and rest in Your ability to deliver me.
In the midst of turmoil, when my heart is overwhelmed, I cast my cares on You, Lord, knowing that You are able. Even when circumstances are beyond my control, I rest assured that they are not beyond Yours. I lay my worries at Your feet, confident in Your ability to bring about the best possible outcome for me.
1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
Isaiah 59:1 Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.
Requesting God’s Intervention
Oh Lord, my Deliverer, I am surrounded by circumstances that seem impossible to overcome. But I am reminded that nothing is too hard for You. I bring my challenges before You, Lord, pleading for Your divine intervention. Just as You rescued Daniel from the lion’s den, and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from the fiery furnace, I believe You can deliver me.
I pray for Your divine intervention in my life, Lord. Step into my situation, break the chains that bind me, bring down the walls that imprison me. In Your might, O Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way. I proclaim that You, my God, are able!
Daniel 6:27 He rescues and he saves; he performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth. He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.
Jeremiah 32:27 I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?
Standing On God’s Promises
Almighty God, I stand on the promises You have given in Your Word. Promises that reassure me of Your ability to provide, to heal, to deliver, to restore. You have shown Your faithfulness to countless generations, and I am confident that You will show Yourself faithful to me.
In every trial I face, every challenge I encounter, every fear that threatens to overwhelm me, I declare: “My Lord is able!” And so, I stand firm on Your promises, trusting in Your ability, secure in Your power, confident in Your faithfulness.
In the midst of my trials, Lord, I stand firm in the assurance of Your ability. I rest in Your power, I seek Your intervention, and I stand firm on Your promises. No matter what comes my way, I will proclaim, “My Lord is able!”
Joshua 21:45 Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.
2 Corinthians 1:20 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ. And so through him, the ‘Amen’ is spoken by us to the glory of God.
Lift My Burdens
Lord, I know and trust that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that I can ever dare to ask or think.
Lift the burdens I sometimes face, oh mighty God, for I know You LIVE and can do the impossible. Take away anything and everything within me that is not of you. Mold me into the person You created me to be.
I declare that I am a child of the Most High and powerful God who is Able! May Your blessings continue to flow to and through me in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. So be it… Amen and Amen!
