Prayer for favor for student loan repayment

My daughter wanted to go to college. I was all for it at the time. I had a good-paying job and I could afford to help her along the way. Now that she has finished college and gotten her masters degree, it’s time to pay back these loans.

She landed a good job but the student loans has taken over her life. All she is doing is living from paycheck to paycheck. As for me, my job of 26 years downsized. I had to take a low-paying job. But now we are both overwhelmed with student loan repayments. I pay back her parents plus loans while she’s paying for the other ones.

Prayer for student loan repayment

Heavenly Father, thank you for your blessings. Thank you for her success in completing your degree. Lord, she couldn’t have done it without You. And now, we find ourselves in a financial bind. Circumstances have changed, our finances have changed.

Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”

I am believing God is going to see us thru this. I am declaring decree debt cancellation, in Jesus name. Lord, bless us that we can repay this student loan. We seek your favor and wisdom. In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
