Jehovah Shalom, I come before You requesting peace in my life. Life gets hectic and stressed at work, at school and even at home. My thoughts are being consumed with all the tasks I have to complete: today, tomorrow, for the week and even for the months to come.
1 Peter 5:6,7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
Psalms 55:22 Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you. He will never permit the righteous to be moved.
Feeling worried and drained
Ease my mind, oh Great Prince of Peace. Help me not to worry, fear or doubt what lies ahead, for I can rest assured, knowing that You hold the future.
I feel so weak and drained, oh Merciful Father. Give me strength. Let tiredness never get the better of me.
Help me to be always well-rested. Help me to manage my time. But most of all, allow me to make time to give You all the praise, honor and glory that You deserve.
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name!
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,
who forgives all your iniquity,
and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit,
and crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
who satisfies you with good, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Guide me as I continue to be efficient and effective in all that I do. From this day forward, stress will not get the better of me.
Proverbs 16:3 Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.
James 1:2-3 Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness.
The favor of God in all I do
Give me favor wherever I go. Help me to excel in all that I do. Carry me through these trials in my life with perfect peace in my heart.
With You at my side, I will break free of anything that tries to hold me back from moving forward in my life. I declare that I am victorious and stress-free through Christ Jesus, who is my strength. Amen and Amen!
