Obstacles To Your Prayers Are Being Removed!
Without you even knowing, obstacles to your prayers are being torn down. You have been to the Lord in prayer some time now. Your prayer may be very similar to this one:
“I am struggling to find employment. I lost my job months ago and I’ve submitted countless applications and have been to several interviews. But no luck.”
God is opening doors
God is opening doors and preparing the way for you. He’s going to reveal things to you. His blessings on your life are going to spring forth as you have never seen before.
1 Peter 5:7 “Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.”
Luke 11:9-10 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.”
I knew that was God!
We cannot begin to comprehend or conceive what God has prepared for us. When we ask for a blessing, there is no need to tell God how to fulfil your blessings. Allow him to work, in mysterious ways in your life.
Have you ever said these words? “Sometimes I just look up, smile, and say, I know that was you, God! Thanks!”
Many are ungrateful
In some instances God may use you to remove someone else’s obstacle or to be their channel of blessing. When this happens, you will be frustrated and even angry and disappointed that they do not return to give you thanks. But only 1 in 10 would remember to give thanks.
When Jesus healed the 10 lepers in Luke 17:11-19, only one of them returned, praising God for his healing, and he was not even a Jew!
Luke 17:15-18 One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan.
Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?”
In the same way, do you remember to give God thanks and to give him the glory when you receive blessings? Or are you like the 9 lepers who just went their way?
Let Us Pray – Thanking You Father for Answered Prayers
Father, I give You all the glory and praise that is due to Your great name. You are so faithful. Thank You, Lord, for answered prayers and for granting me the desires of my heart today.
Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth, and let there be continued peace within my heart and life.
Matthew 17:20 (NIV) He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.
Obstacles to prayers are being removed
Oh Heavenly Father, I give praise and thanks, as those barriers and obstacles to my prayers are being removed. As I await the manifestation of what I’ve prayed for, I hold on in faith, knowing that You never fail me.
Isaiah 57:14 And it will be said, “Build up, build up, prepare the way, Remove every obstacle out of the way of My people.”
So much has happened over the last few weeks. But, I stand here today, confessing my love for You Abba, for the blessings You continue to pour out and for showing me that faith in You is so worth it.
I will continue to trust in You and know that You are the one, true living God!
My prayers for the events of today have been answered and I just want to offer my heartfelt thanks to You.
Lord, You are great and Your mercy endures forever. In Jesus name, Amen!
Genesis 50:20 But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.
