Ephesians 3:20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.
Joel 2:25–26 I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten… You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the Lord your God, who has worked wonders for you.
Declaration of Wonder and Awe
“I am not looking for ‘coincidences’ today; I am looking for the finger of God. I refuse to settle for the status quo when I serve the God of the miraculous. I am preparing my heart to be amazed, and I am preparing my tongue to give Him all the praise for the ‘remarkable things’ that are shifting right now in the unseen.”
Luke 5:26
Everyone was gripped with great wonder and awe, and they praised God, exclaiming, “We have seen amazing things today!”
Heavenly Father,
I come boldly before you to pray Luke 5:26 not only over my own life, but my family’s, my friends, my neighbors, and our nation. We need to see remarkable things take place, we need to see You working in our lives.
I want to see wonderful and unexpected things take place in my life, and in the lives of others, for which only You can be given the credit. I want to see miracles take place! I want to see illness made better, marriages restored, finances improved, and our nation put at peace.
Father, I want to see You show up, and show off Your glory. I want to see “everyone” amazed, filled with awe, testifying and praising Your name, because we have seen remarkable things take place today. F
Heavenly Father, remind the broken that it will be alright, by gripping us with great wonder and leaving us in awe.
