Prayer For God’s Help With Paying Bills
Trusting God In Financial Struggles
Heavenly Father, You are the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the source of all goodness and the giver of every perfect gift. Oh Lord, I’ve been facing financial difficulties that often feel overwhelming. The bills are piling up, and my means are insufficient. I feel cornered and anxious, but I turn to You because You promise to be my Provider.
Mighty God, I am reaching out for Your divine intervention in my financial situation. I trust Your wisdom over my limited understanding. Align my financial decisions with Your perfect plan for my life.
Give me prudence to manage the resources I have, wisdom to identify new opportunities for provision, and the faith to take steps that honor You.
Matthew 6:31-32 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
Philippians 4:19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
The Weight Of Debt And The Hope Of Redemption
Oh Lord, the weight of my debts feels like a chain around my neck, and the pressures of these bills make each day a struggle. However, I know that Your yoke is easy, and Your burden is light. I invite You into this situation, Jesus. I hand over to You all my financial obligations, debts, and worries.
You paid the ultimate price on the cross to redeem me. Help me to experience that redemption in my financial life. I know that the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, and I believe that You have the power to turn my situation around.
Open the floodgates of heaven and pour out a financial blessing so great that there won’t be room enough to store it.
Proverbs 22:7 The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.
Malachi 3:10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.
Stewardship And Generosity In Scarcity
Father, in the midst of this trial, remind me of the importance of stewardship. Teach me to manage well what You’ve already given me, that I may prove faithful and worthy to receive more.
Let this crisis not turn me away from You but rather bring me closer to Your principles and Your word.
Additionally, Lord, in times when I don’t know how to make ends meet, help me to be generous even in my lack.
Bless me so that I may bless others – following the example of Your selfless love on the cross. For it is in giving that we receive, and it is in dying to ourselves that we find eternal life.
Luke 16:10 Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.
Acts 20:35 In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’
I Shall Not Want
The Lord is my shepherd and I shall not want. You have said that I am not to be anxious about anything, dear Lord, but instead to make all my requests known to you Father through prayer.
And Heavenly Father, my prayer for today is that I be able to pay my bills, Lord. I need to pay my phone bill, my electricity bill, provide food for my household and to pay off my credit card.
Isaiah 41:10 – Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Matthew 6:31-32 – “So don’t worry at all about having enough food and clothing. Why be like the heathen? For they take pride in all these things and are deeply concerned about them. But your heavenly Father already knows perfectly well that you need them…”
Paying Bills
Lord, the hospital bills are piling up. There seems to be no way. But with my God, nothing is impossible. And so, as I pray for complete healing of my family member, please provide a way that all medical bills are paid, Lord.
My Lord, my God, I’m struggling to pay my mortgage/rent every month. Please lay your hand of blessing upon your child and grant me a way and a means out of your bounty.
Lord, I may have been unwise with my past income. I may have been foolish with my spending. And so Lord, I ask for your wisdom and guidance that I will multiply and bless all that you provide to me.
Oh Lord, I’m so blessed to be a child of the living God. And so I call on the name of the Lord. Help me to be a blessing to others and to be an outreached hand to others. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, Amen.
Deuteronomy 28:2 – And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God.
Dear Lord, thank you for being with my family and I and getting us into this new apartment. I need your help, I have lost my job and don’t want my son to worry. I have been filing out job applications every day and I keep getting emails that they have denied my application. Lord open the pathway for success as I need a job like yesterday to avoid an upcoming eviction to keep a roof over our heads. I have faith in you Jesus. Keep my family far away from evil, calamity and misfortune and remove all blockages. In Jesus name I pray, Amen!
Broken 💔
I just want to thank God for always being here, even in the midst of chaos. My God is so good. Father, this is a thankful prayer. Thank you for being You. Thank you for strength, guidance, understanding, peace, and prosperity in all forms. Thank you for moving out of my way everything that isn’t for me.
Thank you for helping me go through challenges to overcome and learn; it’s You, it’s You who has been here with us.
Our Father, who art in heaven, bless and heal anyone who’s reading this. You are everything to me; without You, I am nothing.
THANK YOU, FATHER, AGAIN, FOR CLOSING AND OPENING DOORS, FOR HEALING, KEEPING, PROTECTION, GRACE, MERCY, JOY, AND PEACE THAT SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING. I’m grateful to have a Father like You, so I just want to say thank You. Amen
I praise and give You thanks, my dear Lord Jesus Christ, for the many blessings You have bestowed upon me today and always. Amen.
Lord Jesus, I ask You for nothing, because You know everything—what I need and when I need it.
Today, I rise with God’s blessing upon my life, God’s Word to speak for me,
and God’s love to prosper and complete me. Amen.

Father, I acknowledge that I have sometimes taken things for granted and made foolish mistakes in my life. Please forgive me. I trust and believe in You, approaching You with open arms. I ask for Your wisdom and guidance so that I may multiply and bless all that You provide me. Help me to be a blessing to others and to reach out to those in need.
I am a blessed child, Father, and I believe You have a beautiful, joyful, and peaceful plan for my life. I know I will bear testimony to Your goodness. I will stand, shout, and share my testimony, spreading Your words to others. Father, You are my everything. In Your precious name, Amen and Amen.
