Prayer: Don’t Limit God – The Power of Effective Prayer
What storms are you battling? Do you feel totally overwhelmed sometimes? There’s no better time than now to deepen your relationship with the Lord. Do not limit God. Reach out in prayer and spend time in worship.
You are an overcomer. He has already won the victory. The storm is over. Allow your faith to move you forward. You can face the challenges with the Lord at your side.
Greater is HE who is in you than he who is in the world. Do not limit God but dwell on his word daily and be lifted up.
Effective Prayer: Matthew 7:7-11
“Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-11
I come before You today to ask for your help and guidance in my life. I know that You are a powerful and loving God, and that nothing is impossible for You.
The power of truly effective prayer comes from You, and I ask that You help me to pray with complete faith and trust in Your will.
1 John 5:14-15 And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.
Prayer: Do Not Limit God
Gentle Savior, lead me to the cross where Your never-ending, never-failing love poured out. I come before You on my knees.
I lay my life down at Your throne of grace and mercy. Lord, please hear my humble cry. I give myself away so that You can use me to execute Your will. Draw me nearer, Sovereign King.
Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.
1 Thessalonians 5:24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.
I Surrender All
I open up my heart today, willingly accepting You as my Lord and Savior. Lord, thank you for fighting the present battles and the ones that lie ahead.
I surrender my all to You, withholding nothing. Lord, may my thoughts and my actions not hinder or limit the marvelous blessings You have in store for me.
Allow me not to limit the path I am supposed to be on. Let there be no shortcuts. Lead me, guide me and walk beside me, as Your will be done.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Power of Your Words
May I never limit You in the words that I speak. I will confess You are my King. In the prayer that I pray, it will flow like a river.
When I am sick, weak, or burdened, I will confess I am healed and set free. As I wait for You, Oh Jehovah Shammah, I will be still, knowing that those who wait on You will renew their strength.
I declare and decree that You are the one and only God that works beyond limits and boundaries. I can rest assured, knowing that You have everything under control, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
