Prayer for a Calm Heart
Heavenly Father, I come before You with everything that is weighing on my heart. You see my worries, my anxious thoughts, and the things that I cannot control. Today, I choose to bring them all to You.
Lord, quiet my mind and calm my spirit. Replace every anxious thought with Your truth and every fear with Your peace.
Help me to trust You fully, knowing that You are in control of every situation.
Fill me with Your presence and let Your peace guard my heart and mind. When I feel overwhelmed, remind me to turn to You and to rest in Your promises. Help me to stay focused on You and not on my fears.
When life feels busy and my thoughts feel scattered, bring calm to my heart.
I ask that You reach into the depths of my soul and remove the jagged edges of stress that weigh me down, replacing them with a peace that surpasses all human understanding.
Remove the stress that weighs on me and replace it with Your peace. Guide my steps today and help me handle each moment with patience and wisdom.
Let my heart remain steady because I know You are with me.
