Prayer for Emotional Exhaustion
Heavenly Father,
I come to You feeling emotionally exhausted, tired from the constant weight of thinking, caring, giving, and carrying so much for so long. It’s hard to explain, but it feels draining.
Please refill what has been emptied within me. Give me space to rest, permission to slow down, and strength to recover. Restore my joy and renew my spirit.
Help me to release what was never meant for me to hold alone. I place my burdens at Your feet and trust in Your sustaining grace.
