Heavenly Father, my heart is heavy as wars continue and so many people, families, and nations are affected. You see the fear, the loss, the homes destroyed, and the lives changed forever.
I know that You are close to the brokenhearted; I ask that You stay near to those displaced or in need, and all those who have lost loved ones. Bring comfort to the grieving, protection to the vulnerable, and hope to those who feel surrounded by darkness.
Lord, touch the hearts of leaders and decision-makers. Guide them toward wisdom, restraint, and peace instead of destruction. Soften hardened hearts and open paths toward reconciliation.
I also pray for the nations and communities around the world feeling the ripple effects: economic strain, uncertainty, and anxiety about the future. Give the world courage to choose compassion, unity, and justice.
May Your peace overcome violence, and may Your mercy reach every corner of this hurting world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
