Psalm 55:22
Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.
God is saying to you today:
You do not have to carry it all.
The weight you feel, the worries that press on your heart, and the burdens you have been holding onto: bring them to Me.
I did not create you to carry everything on your own. I am here to sustain you, strengthen you, and uphold you.
Sometimes you try to manage everything by yourself, thinking you must figure it all out.
But I am inviting you today, to release those burdens into My hands.
When you trust Me with what is weighing you down, you will find peace in place of anxiety and strength in place of weariness.
Matthew 11:28–30
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
1 Peter 5:7
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
