Psalm 145:18 The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
Acts 17:27 God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us.
Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
Psalm 34:17–18 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
God is saying to you today:
I am closer than you think.
In moments when you feel alone, uncertain, or overwhelmed, remember that I am right there with you.
You do not have to search far to find Me. When you call on Me with a sincere heart, I am near – ready to listen, to comfort, and to respond.
Do not let distance, doubt, or discouragement convince you otherwise.
I hear every prayer, every whisper, and every cry. When you seek Me with honesty and faith, you will find My presence and My peace surrounding you.
Short Prayer: Nearer Than My Next Breath
Heavenly Father,
I thank You that I don’t have to shout to get Your attention or travel to find Your presence. I breathe in the truth that You are right here, right now.
Forgive me for the moments I’ve let doubt create a distance that doesn’t exist.
I bring my overwhelmed heart to You today. I silence the noise of discouragement and listen for Your whisper.
Thank You for being a God who is intimately acquainted with all my ways. Wrap Your peace around me like a shield, and let me walk through this Wednesday with the quiet confidence that I am never, ever alone.
