Recently, I had a meeting with two businessmen. We spent quite a bit of time reviewing options. As they were getting ready to leave, one gentleman said “Since you have so much going on and live 85 miles from your office, you must just relax with your family on the weekends.”
I shared that my cellphone rings 7 days a week, but life is amazing. He said “that’s an awesome perspective but what do you do for fun?” I said “Jesus! Jesus makes my life amazing!” He said “What do you mean by that?”
I’m so glad you asked!
I said “I’m so glad you asked! You tore your right shoulder, rotator cuff lifting weights and it’s never healed and the gentleman next to you constantly has lower back pain and his one leg is shorter than the other.”
The gentleman with the lower back pain says “what the $&@&”. He sat back and Jesus grew out his short leg and he felt tingling in his back. He stood up completely pain-free. I asked the other gentlemen if I could put my hand on his right shoulder and he said “absolutely”.
He said “My shoulder is getting hot, really hot!” He lifted his arm over his head and he was completely healed.
I can’t explain what just happened but
I shared quite a bit with both of them. The gentleman who’s back was healed said “I can’t explain what just happened but I grew up always felting unworthy”. I got to share about their created value and purpose. (Religion vs relationship & righteousness).
Jesus loves you. He is real and alive. His presence and anointing is tangible.
As I was sharing, he was fidgeting with a pen in his hand. I asked to see his pen and said “Jesus loves you. He is real and alive. His presence and anointing is tangible.” And I handed him back his pen and said “Tell me what you feel, this isn’t magic or a mind game, Jesus is real!”Jesus loves you. He is real and alive. He took the pen and said “that’s crazy my hand is tingling almost like electricity.”
The only thing God wants is for us to know how much He loves us and wants a real relationship with us. Jesus died to give us new life, new realities and perspective.
About an hour later, I received a text from the gentleman who’s rotator cuff was healed:
“John, I truly hope we can do business together. Thank you for sharing with us. My shoulder feels great and I am just in awe of everything that happened. I will be in touch in a few days with our proposal”.
Jesus is king, all glory belongs to Him!
