Prayer for love to thaw my husband’s heart

Please pray for my husband and I. That we might be reconciled in love and bound together for the rest of our earthly lives.

May our family benefit from and be inspired by our love and our ability to forgive and move forward.

Heavenly Father, I pray for our marriage, that we may be reconciled according to God’s will for our lives.

May we and our children and grandchildren benefit from this reconciliation and the end of my husband’s affair.

I pray that God’s Holy Spirit fill our lives. May He thaw my husband’s frozen heart so that we may be filled with the Holy Spirit.

And may we become beacons of hope and love. In Jesus name, Amen.

  • I just read your prayer request, I want you to know someone in this beautiful world is also praying for you and your family. I myself believe my husband is having an affair, we are newlywed. We got married last month. He is a wonderful husband, because of him i finished college with a masters degree, he presents himself to me and the world as the perfect faithful man, a man of God. I am heartbroken, I wish you the best and I will keep you in my prayers.

  • Dear Cathy,
Please be assured that the power of God can bring back two people, that are intended to be together, back into a love-filled marriage.
Keep your eyes on Him Cathy in all things.
    Through prayer anything is possible.
God is all-powerful and all-knowing, He can mend any bridges that have been burned by conflict, clear away any confusion, and give you the power to forgive when needed most.

Dearest Heavenly Father, I lay this troubled marriage in Your hands. I ask that You would revive this couple, and draw them back towards the happiness they once shared together. I ask that You renew their love and passion for each other and untangle the conflicts and strife which is keeping them apart.
Please bring understanding and tenderness of heart to both of them. May they both be able to embrace the miracle that You desire to do for them, and within their spirits.
I ask this Father in the precious name of my Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus.
    Amen
