Simple Prayer Of Praise And Thanks
Today, as I gaze at Your marvelous creation, I ponder on the majestic expanse of the ocean. Your creation, Father God, is just awesome! And so I praise and honor You. In Genesis 1, I am reminded of You.
In all Your glory, you created the heavens and the earth, the sea and the sky. You filled the earth with the things I need to live a life of abundance and success.
This earth is where I call my home, a place filled with love and flowing with milk and honey. It’s where You have placed me to make a difference, not only in my own life but in the lives of others. You are just magnificent Lord.
Genesis 1:6-7 God said, “Let there be an expanse in the middle of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters”. God made the expanse and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse. And it was so.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.
Thankfulness in Trials
O Lord, my comfort in sorrow and strength in weakness, I thank You even for the trials and tribulations I face. For in these challenges, Your glory shines the brightest, and my faith is refined.
Though the path may be steep and the nights long, You are my Shepherd guiding me, my Light illuminating my way, and my Rock on which I stand firm. I thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness, even in times when I don’t understand Your plans.
I recognize, Lord, that my challenges pale in comparison to Your suffering and the trials many others face. Yet You care about each tear I shed, each sigh I make. Thank You for drawing near to me in every season of life, for never leaving nor forsaking me, and for turning my trials into testimonies of Your grace.
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Praying To Not Take It All For Granted
As the sun rises and warms my face, I realize that I am so grateful and thankful to You Abba. Thankful for the love You so generously pour out over me, the blessings that You bestow upon me daily.
Help me Lord to remember the simple things I sometimes take for granted. The beauty of Your creation that surrounds me. The love that is shed abroad in my heart. The opportunities I have to love, live and laugh. The mighty power of the Holy Spirit living and working in and through me.
Psalm 146:2 I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
1 Chronicles 16:34 – Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
Giving Praise for His Son
Almighty God, I praise You for who You are, victorious in all You do. I bow humbly before Your throne of grace in complete adoration.
Thank You Abba Father, for sending Your precious Son as a sacrifice for me. I am alive in Christ. His blood was shed me to live a life of abundance. In the name of Jesus, I pray, SO BE IT… Amen and Amen!
Hebrews 13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.
Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Thank you Abba father for your generosity. Glory be to Jesus for your protection and guidance. In all circumstances, we give you praise and worship. 🙏🏾💖🙏🏾
