Omnipotent Father, how I love you. I lift your mighty name over all the earth. Oh, how I adore you, Lord and I lay my life before you. Father, there are some days where I may feel weary, tattered and weak in my faith.
I humbly request that you strengthen me physically, spiritually and mentally, to fight against the enemy and emerge victoriously. Make me whole, oh loving Lord. Renew what is broken in me and give me a sound mind.
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. – Isaiah 54:17
Jehovah Sabaoth, I’m just a soldier for the army of Christ. I put on the full Armor of God for when the battle arises. Help me to fasten the belt of truth especially when the truth is the hardest thing to reveal. Assist me as I put on the breastplate of righteousness to be good to others in my daily life.
Strap on the shoes of the gospel of peace, so that we will not be at war within ourselves as well as others. In all circumstances strengthen my shield of faith to guard against the enemy. Entrust the helmet of salvation so I can emerge victorious. Help me to take the sword of the Spirit wherever I go, for without him I am nothing.
For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. – Hebrews 4:12
El Shaddai, I pray that whatever the enemy throws at me, I will be able to withstand, for I know I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Help me to remember to apply the full Armor to my daily life. Be by my side whenever I call and especially at times when I may fall.
Help me to get back up with confidence ready to fight again. I declare that on this beautiful day, I shall walk by faith and not by sight, clothed in the full Armor of God. In Jesus mighty name, Amen!
The Whole Armor of God
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication.
