Heavenly Father, I thank You and praise You for this day and this life You have bestowed upon me. Thank you for the blessing to be able to abide in you. I thank you for being able to see and hear, and the ability to walk, and talk. I thank You for my family and friends.

But most of all, I am blessed because I have You for my God. You are ever-loving, ever-forgiving, and understanding.

Forgive me, Father, this day for everything I have done, said, or thought, that was not pleasing to You. You have done so much for me and the best of Your gifts is my Lord and Your son Jesus.

Isaiah 12:4 And in that day you will say; “Praise the Lord, call upon His name; Declare His deeds among the peoples, Make mention that His name is exalted.

I Need You, Lord

Father, I call upon the blessed name of Lord Jesus. I love you Lord Jesus and I need You.

I thank You, Lord, for Your great sacrifice and the Grace You poured into my heart.

Lord Jesus, Come into my heart and abide in my life as I abide in You. Renew in me Your Spirit and purify me with Your precious blood.

Hebrews 12: 2 Looking unto Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Prayer To Love One Another

Lord Jesus, You have commanded us and given us the grace to love one another as you loved us. As we keep our focus on You, help us to look with Your eyes and love beyond all means and understanding.

May we see the needs of others before ourselves. May we love and serve one another and never be judgmental.

Grant us Lord the spirit of patience and of discernment, to learn, understand and pray for those who need repentance and transformation.

As we love one another, we will abide in You, and You in us. Otherwise, we cannot bear fruit. Apart from You, we can do nothing.

You have made a way for us. You have poured out Your love in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, and we can remain in Your love. We thank You that through You we will bear much fruit.

Help us Lord to keep our focus on You, despite all the distractions of life. Guide us to walk with You by Your Holy Spirit.

John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.

Prayer To Start The Day With Gratitude

Lord, help us and keep us safe from all danger and harm. Help us to start each day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude.

Let us make the best of each and every day to clear our minds so that we can hear You. Broaden our minds that we can accept all things through You.

Help us not whine and whimper over things we have no control over but lay them at Your feet.

And when this world closes in on us, Lord Jesus let us remember Your example – to slip away and find a quiet place to pray. It’s the best response when we are pushed beyond our limits.

We know that when we can’t pray, You listen to our hearts and You know the deepest concerns of our lives.

Prayer For God’s Blessings Upon Our Lives

Lord, we want to do Your will for our lives. Continue to use us to do Your will. Continue to bless us that we may be a blessing to others.

Keep us strong in Your strength and armor, that we may help the weak. Keep us uplifted that we may have words of encouragement for others. As we focus and lay everything at Your feet, every battle is in Your hands for You to fight.

As we abide and focus on You, let us continue to see sin through Your eyes and acknowledge it as evil. And when we sin, let us repent, and confess with our mouth our wrongdoing, and receive the forgiveness of God.

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that You came to take away sins. Help us Lord to always keep our focus on You, so that we will not be distracted or afraid but have confidence and conquer anything and everything in life. We make this prayer through the blessed name of Jesus, Amen!

John 15:4 – 5 “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”
