Prayer For Today – Prayer to Lack No Good Thing
Psalm 34:10 Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the LORD will lack no good thing.
It’s easy to think that you don’t have the resources to do God’s will, to accomplish you dreams. You don’t know the right people to progress your career. Excuses of lack make it easy for us to remain stagnant and not see the bright future ahead.
Those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Psalm 34:10
You are a child of God. You are equipped, empowered, anointed. You lack nothing. At work, relax, smile, perform as unto the Lord, even when others take credit for your efforts. God is placing the right person in place to notice your efforts.
When God places a project on your heart, He will provide all the resources you need. Finances, skilled people, training, opportunities. Put your faith and trust in Him!
Let Us Pray
Trusting in God’s Provision and Abundance
Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart full of faith, seeking Your divine provision in every area of my life. You are Jehovah Jireh, my Provider, and I trust in Your promise to supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory.
In a world where scarcity can create fear and uncertainty, I choose to lean on Your endless abundance and grace. Teach me to rely not on my understanding but on Your providential care.
In every circumstance, help me to see Your hand at work, providing, guiding, and sustaining me. Let me not be blinded by temporary lack but be ever mindful of Your eternal abundance.
Fill my heart with gratitude for Your countless blessings and teach me to use them wisely, always mindful of the needs of others.
Philippians 4:19 And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Seeking God’s Wisdom in Stewardship
Lord, grant me wisdom to steward the resources You have entrusted to me. In my pursuit to lack no good thing, guide me in making decisions that honor You and further Your kingdom.
Help me to discern between wants and needs, to live within my means, and to be content with what You have provided. Let me not be ensnared by the love of money, but instead, find joy and contentment in Your sufficient provision.
Instill in me a spirit of generosity, that I may freely share what You have generously given me. Teach me to see my resources as tools for blessing others, reflecting Your love and kindness. In giving, let me experience the true joy that comes not from having much, but from giving much.
1 Timothy 6:17-19 As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share.
Luke 12:15 And he said to them, ‘Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.’
Embracing God’s Promises of Blessings and Prosperity
Heavenly Father, I stand on Your promises of blessings and prosperity. Your Word declares that You wish above all things that I may prosper and be in health, even as my soul prospers.
Let my life be a testament to Your faithfulness, as I walk in obedience to Your will. In areas where I have experienced lack, I pray for Your overflowing blessings, that I may not just survive but thrive under Your gracious hand.
Guide me in paths of righteousness, that I may inherit the blessings You have in store for me. Help me to remain faithful in the little things, trusting that You will entrust me with greater things. Let my life bear fruit in abundance, fruit that will last and bring glory to Your name.
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.
Deuteronomy 28:12 The Lord will open to you his good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands. And you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.
Acknowledging God as the Source of All Good Things
Oh Lord, I acknowledge You as the source of all good things in my life. You are the Creator of all, and from Your vast resources, You provide for me. Help me to always look to You as my source and sustainer.
In moments of need, remind me of Your faithfulness and Your ability to provide for me in ways that surpass my understanding. Let me live each day with an attitude of praise and thanksgiving, recognizing Your hand in everything I receive.
Keep me humble and grateful, always ready to give You the glory for the blessings in my life. In Your presence, let me find the fullness of joy and at Your right hand, pleasures forevermore.
Dear Lord, I lay my desires and needs before You, trusting in Your provision and care. Help me to live a life that lacks no good thing, not because of my strength or wisdom, but because of Your abundant blessings and grace.
I place my trust in You, knowing that You are more than able to provide for every need. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.

I’ve been waiting for a husband and children for almost 40 years. I’ve moved around and such, still I can’t be found or find anyone who will love me. They pick up and leave. They try to circle back around. I am tired of it. Over it and ready to move away and move on. God has led my steps to moving back home with my family by blessing me with a gorgeous home, yet I feel empty. I am taking steps to be blessed, but I’m scared God doesn’t want to give me kids or a husband. I just want a guy who will love me and who loves Christ. Once he loves Christ he will ensure that our relationship is brought back to Gods throne. I want to raise our family up in God, but I can only get that if God sends it to me, so I ask in complete desperation that the Lord send me my husband and bless me with children. I am tired of waiting and time is running out for my eggs. God please hear me, bless me with my godly husband, love, care, truth, children, and help us to raise our family up in You. I also pray that I am blessed with a great job where ppl genuinely love me, uplift me, grow me, and support me. I am so tired of going through the wrong things. My flesh is failing. I can’t get the help I need and I need you Lord to fix everything in my life. May my life change to reflect You and Your goodness. Thank you Lord. Amen. Please pray for me ya’ll! I’m moving forward and moving on!

This is such a beautiful confirmation from the Lord to me. I belong to a wonderful community of believers. And we study the Bible every Monday – Friday. And afterwards I asked if there were anyone who needed prayers & I got a lot of ppl who really needed me to pray for them. So now I keep a running list of ppl who have asked me to pray for them. And now I come here for the daily prayer & I see this!! Thank you Lord Jesus Christ Almighty for how you love us & how you Minister unto us thru others!! I appreciate this website & everyone who is a part of it. I’m so grateful for this place where I can pray & mister to the Lord & also be ministered too. May Abba Father continue to Bless you & Keep you all & your families. May he cause his face to shine upon you & be gracious unto you. Father God, thank you for rest and protection during the past night. Thank you for blessing me with another day, the last day in 2023. Thank you for all you have done for us during the year. Your love, peace, forgiveness, protection, loving kindness and tender mercies were inexhaustible. You provided all that we needed, you were faithful to all your many promises despite my unfaithfulness. I do not have enough words to offer my sincere gratitude to you.
I surrender my life anew to you as I enter 2024. Guide and direct me Lord, for I recognize that I need you every minute of each day. I cannot do without you.
Help me to obey the promptings of your Holy Spirit. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

I lift you up this morning, I give you praise because your name is worthy of praises
I thank for you and am so grateful because you are still providing you are still making ways out even when I feel I’m struggling in my financial situation thank I know that my financial situation is partly my fault I am taking full responsibility for it right now Lord I need your help Lord I need learn how to control my spending so that am able to save for my future and give more to help build your kingdom and also help those who more in need but I can only do that not by my own strength but relying on your strength to help me and guide me I want be more responsible in my spending help me Lord Jesus and show me Amen
How I needed this today. I went to bed angry and woke up angry actually plotting revenge ;( Whilst reading this my heart wept and I could feel God’s presence. Father thank you for always coming to my aid, I love you with all my heart and I lay all my burdens and cares upon You – ❤️ 🙏
