Heavenly Father, You are the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. I rejoice on this glorious Christmas Day because this is the day that our Savior, Jesus Christ was brought into this world in love.

I give You all the honor and glory because You are merciful and mighty, awesome in every way. Heavenly Father, I praise your name and lift my hands, as I worship and adore You!

Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given. And the government shall be upon his shoulder. His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Praying For Those In Need Of Hope

On this beautiful Christmas day Abba Father, I pray particularly for those in search of hope. I pray that those who need a tender touch may find You, so that they will know the true meaning of love and sharing.

Reveal Yourself to them, Father God. Touch their hearts in a special way. Show them how to rejoice in hope, to be patient in tribulation and constant in prayer.

Give them the joy of knowing You as their strength and the source of the living water overflowing in their lives.

Psalms 72:11 May all kings fall down before him, all nations serve him!

Giving Thanks On Christmas Day

I thank You for the opportunities that are before each of them and the blessings you will so generously provide.

Thanks be to You Lord, for You are good, Your loving kindness is everlasting and knowing that we have victory in You, we have hope to live a life of abundance.

I commit this prayer into Your hands, in no other name but the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. So be it… Amen and Amen!

Bible Verses Of The Birth Of Jesus Christ

Zechariah 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; righteous and having salvation is he, humble and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

Matthew 1:23 “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son. And they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us).

Luke 2:7 And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths. And she laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.

Luke 2:11, 14 For to you is born this day in the town of David a Savior, Who is Christ (the Messiah) the Lord! [Mic. 5:2.] 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom He is well pleased.

The Visit Of The Shepherds

Luke 2:15-20 When the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.”

And they went with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in a manger. When they saw it, they made known the saying that had been told them concerning this child. And all who heard it wondered at what the shepherds told them.

But Mary treasured up all these things, pondering them in her heart. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, as it had been told them.
