Topical Prayer – For Our Children (and parents and guardians)

Prayer for Our Children

Heavenly Father, we thank you that Your Word prevails over our children, that they are taught of the LORD and continue to be the fruit of GODly instruction and correction, let their peace be great with undisturbed composure. Allow their conduct to be without covetousness, and that they are content with what they have. LORD, ensure they do not forget to do what is right and to share. Father, I pray that they grow in the grace and knowledge of our LORD and Saviour, JESUS CHRIST.

Prayer for Parents and Guardians

Holy Spirit, give us counsel, wisdom, understanding, knowledge and strength in bringing up our kids, allow Your light of Love, Hope, Peace, and Joy to shine through our words and deeds, so that we may be shining examples to them amongst this wicked world. LORD, we declare they are obedient, not conforming to the things of the flesh, but Holy, in all conduct, desiring the pure milk of the Word that they may grow as products of Faith. Father, allow us to nurture them, that they are swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to wrath, let it manifest that they submit to their elders, and to one another, being clothed with humility, that they abide with others who call on the LORD out of a pure heart, don’t let cursing come out of their mouth, but only praises and adoration of You.

Protect their Precious Purposes

ABBA Father, protect their precious purposes and defend their divine destinies from every demonic device that the defeated devil unleashes in their lives. LORD, give Your angels special charge to accompany, preserve and provide safety for them, day and night.  Father, ensure they will by no means follow heretic human agents, not knowing their voices. LORD, as we agree in submitting this prayer, and so through Faith, we declare this done, in the Almighty name of JESUS…AMEN!!
